General terms and conditions
Please find our general terms and conditions of sales for online purchases here. You will find information about the consumer protection law and much more that is good for you to know as a consumer. We will guide you in how to place your order, give you information of our terms and conditions when it comes to which shipping alternatives and paying methods that is available.
1. GENERAL PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Our purchase terms and conditions apply to the sales contract that you as a consumer, by placing an order on www.dailysports.com, conclude with Daily Sports, corporate ID number 556217-7955. We comply with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (SFS 1990:932), the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (SFS 2005:59) and the Personal Data Act (SFS 1998:204) with regard to all purchases on www.dailysports.com/. For more information regarding the different areas, see below.
2. PLACING ORDERS
An order can only be placed on www.dailysports.com and not by e-mail or telephone. You can place your order in Swedish or English. You place an order by adding a product to the cart. You then complete your purchase at the checkout by clicking the “Buy now” button. You can check and change your order at the checkout, where all cost details will be specified. By completing an order, you agree to our purchase terms and conditions and enter into a sales contract with us. Once we have received your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. This contains information about your order and the purchase terms and conditions. Always check your confirmation.
If you wish to change an order after it has been placed, contact our customer service department with your question. Unfortunately, it will not be possible to change your order if it is already packed. Once an order has been delivered, it is unfortunately not possible to change it. If an item is out of stock at www.dailysports.com, it cannot be ordered online, but you can still see the product on the website. Click on “Find our stores” if you want to see if it is available from one of our retailers.
3. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Delivery time depends on the country and the choice of shipping method. Your order will be processed within 1-3 days, with some exceptions, for example, due to stock-taking, holidays, and sales. If a delivery is delayed or cannot be shipped due to low stock availability or for any other reason, you will be informed of this as soon as possible. The customer will then be refunded at no extra cost.
3.1 SHIPPING OPTIONS
- PostNord – Postal agent
- The package will be sent by PostNord to your nearest collection point.
- The delivery time is 1-3 working days.
- You will receive an SMS notification once your package is available to collect from the agent. You will need a valid ID document to collect it.
- Budbee – Home delivery
- Home delivery from Budbee is available in the following regions of Sweden: ; Stockholm, Göteborg, Malmö, Södertälje, Norrköping, Linköping, Jönköping, Västerås, Örebro, Gävle, Uppsala, Varberg, Halmstad, Trollhättan, Helsingborg, Borås, Nyköping, Kalmar, Växsjö & Eskilstuna.
- The package is delivered directly to your home address in the evening between 17.00 and 22.00, with a 1-2 day climate-smart delivery time. It is possible to choose a day and time to suit you. You can track your delivery on your mobile and if you are not at home, the package can be left outside the door.
- DHL Express – Postal agent
- The package will be sent by DHL to your nearest collection point.
- The delivery time is 2-3 working days.
- You will receive an SMS notification once your package is available to collect from the agent. You will need a valid ID document to collect it.
It can take up to 7 working days from the time you place the order until you receive it. In the event of late delivery, you are entitled to cancel the purchase. We deliver orders to Sweden and within the EU; Netherlands, France, Belgium, Germany, Greece, Croatia, Portugal, Italy, Spain, Poland, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Finland, Austria, Luxembourg, and the Czech Republic. Sometimes one of the items you ordered will not be in stock and will be on backorder. This is because the product is not in stock or delivery has been delayed. In such cases, we will contact you by e-mail within 1-3 working days.
3.2 DELIVERY DELAY
We always do our utmost to deliver your ordered items in the promised time, but sometimes there may be a delay. If the delivery is delayed beyond what was promised, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate the issue. If you wish to cancel a delayed item, please contact the customer service department. Daily Sports accepts no responsibility for any damage caused by failure to meet an advised delivery time. We will contact you if delivery is delayed and it is important that you receive the order within a certain time.
Orders within Sweden are shipped with PostNord or Budbee. We offer free shipping for orders of SEK 999 or more. Otherwise, shipping costs SEK 39. Report any transport damage as soon as possible and without delay to PostNord. PostNord’s telephone number is 0771-33 33 10.
If you place an order within Europe, the order will be shipped by DHL Express and we will charge you between €6-€9 for the shipping cost, depending on which country you placed your order from. 3.4 UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
For all packages that remain uncollected, you will be charged a fee of SEK 49. The fee corresponds to the costs of administration, return shipping, and handling. The payment terms are 14 days. In case of late payment, a reminder fee of SEK 50 plus late payment interest and any debt recovery costs will be charged. If you change your mind once we have shipped the package, you must pick up the package at your collection point and return it to us. If the package is not collected, it will be automatically registered as uncollected and you will be charged accordingly.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
These general terms and conditions apply to all contracts you enter into on www.dailysports.com/. By ordering products on Daily Sports, you accept these general terms and conditions. The contract is drawn up at the same time as your order is accepted. By law, you must be over 18 years of age to make a card payment.
If you visit us from Sweden all prices on www.dailysports.com/ are given in SEK and include VAT. For all other countries, the prices will be shown in euros.
4.2 KLARNA CHECKOUT
In conjunction with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options where the payment is made directly to Klarna:
- KLARNA INVOICE – PAY IN 14 DAYS
An invoice will be sent to your e-mail address shortly after ordering and must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date. There will be no invoice fee. When you make a purchase, we reserve the right to carry out a credit check through Klarna AB.
- KLARNA – PAY DIRECT
Automatic withdrawal from your bank account: based on direct debit. Your account will be debited around two banking days after the purchase has been made or the item has been sent. The terms and conditions for using direct debit can be found here.
- KLARNA – PARTIAL PAYMENT
When you choose partial payment as the payment option at the checkout, you will immediately be notified if your application has been granted and we can process your purchase immediately. If your application is not granted, you can go back and choose an alternative payment method. You may have one or more pending partial payment purchases, in which case Klarna AB will combine them on an account invoice every month. Of course, you can pay the entire outstanding balance at any time during the partial payment period. The following options are available for partial payment:
- 3 months with 0% annual interest (arrangement fee SEK 95)
- 6 months with 0% annual interest (arrangement fee SEK 295)
- 12 months with 0% annual interest (arrangement fee SEK 395)
- 24 months, Klarna Account 19.9% annual interest (pay 1/24 of the total amount of at least SEK 50 every month)
- 36 months with 9.95% annual interest (arrangement fee SEK 395)
An administration fee of SEK 29 will be added to all options.
4.4 3D SECURE
Daily Sports uses 3D Secure, which is a security solution for online card purchases. This is to increase the security of payments and protect you as a consumer. In addition to card details, you as a customer need to enter a password to complete the payment.
4.3 CARD PAYMENT – SIMPLE AND SECURE
We offer our customers the option to pay directly online with card payment. No card fee will be charged. We reserve the right to refuse the purchase if the card is not valid or sufficient funds are not available to cover the purchase sum. After you have chosen to pay for your purchase by card payment at the checkout, you will be transferred to a payment window that will guide you through the purchase process. We accept card payments by Visa and Mastercard.
In order for you to feel secure when shopping on Daily Sports’ webshop, we cooperate with Klarna for the redemption of bank/credit card payments, and direct payments via online banking. Klarna guarantees fast, secure payment and fulfills the requirements for PCI-DSS. Security is one of the most important cornerstones of Klarna’s solutions. All information related to your payment is encrypted with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) during transfer to Klarna and your card details are not recorded or stored by Daily Sports.
5. SALES AND OFFERS
Products that are on sale or included in an offer are available as long as stocks last unless the end date indicates otherwise. Daily Sports reserves all rights in the event that products sell out, which may result in partial deliveries. We also reserve all rights in the event that products sell out and for stock issues. Sometimes one of the items you ordered will not be in stock and will be on backorder. This is because the product is not in stock or delivery has been delayed. An e-mail will then be sent to you within 1-3 working days. Contact us if you have questions about delivery times, etc.
6. RIGHT OF RETURN AND EXCHANGE
You have full right of return and exchange for 14 days from the date on which you received the product, provided that you have not used the product and that it is returned in its original condition. Clothes may be tried on, but not used. All labels must remain on the product if it is an exchange. This does not apply to complaints. Read more about our returns policy here.
6.1 RIGHT OF EXCHANGE
We do not offer exchanges through our warehouse when purchasing online. If you want to exchange a product, you must order the new product or size yourself through our webshop. You can do this at the same time as you return the incorrect product. The new product will then arrive as a new order with a new invoice. If you have any questions regarding the right of exchange, please contact our customer service department. You cannot order an exchange by writing it on the return note, as we cannot place an order for you. In order for your right of exchange to remain intact, you must present a receipt and return the product unused and in new condition.
6.2 PURCHASE ON APPROVAL
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days of the date on which you received the product and receive a refund. When returning the product, you must present a receipt and return the product unused and in new condition. Please return the product in its original packaging if possible. However, you have the right to open the package to check the product, but the product must not be handled carelessly.
All returns within Sweden are handled by PostNord, regardless of the shipping method you used when purchasing the product. Together with your order, you will receive a return note and a return address label. Fill in the return note according to the instructions and put it in the bag together with the products. The return address label should be attached to the outside of the package. Hand the package to your nearest postal agent. Save your proof of posting – remember that you are responsible for the return shipment until we receive it.
For other countries within the EU, return handling takes place via DHL. Contact us if you regret your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, we will then send a return slip to you which you paste on the package and hand to the nearest postal agent within 14 days of receiving the shipping note. As a consumer, you will pay €9 for the return, we deduct this when we refund you money for the returned product.
In order for us to approve the return, the returned product must be in a substantially unchanged condition. If the product is not in unchanged condition, a deduction may be made from the refunded sum. The product should be well packaged, preferably in its original packaging, with its inner packaging, and together with any accessories. Transport damage due to inadequate packaging will be charged to you as the customer. Do not attach address labels directly to the product packaging. Instead, place the original box or bag in another box.
State the reason for the return, if you want an exchange, the nature of your complaint, etc. on the return note. For an exchange, you must order your new product yourself through our webshop. You will receive a new invoice for the new product. If you used a discount code or offer that is still valid, please contact our customer service department for assistance.

You have a statutory 3-year right of complaint if you need to complain about defects in our products, a complaint must be made within a reasonable time from the time the error was discovered. You have two months to detect damage or defect in the product. Complaints notices submitted within two months are always considered to have been submitted on time, but two months does not constitute an end time for when complaints are considered to have been made within the right time.
When returning complaints, we pay for the return shipping. Contact our customer service and provide them with your order number and the details of the product in question.
We will then e-mail you a return note and a return address label that you can use to return the product about which you have a complaint. For Sweden, all returns are sent by PostNord, and for other countries within Europa, DHL. See the instructions for returns above. These also apply to complaints. Any refund for your complaint will be made as soon as we receive the product. Your refund will be made within a reasonable time, without undue delay. If the product is still in stock, you can order a new one directly from our webshop. We will also reimburse you for any shipping costs and other costs incurred in connection with a complaint, such as petrol costs, parking costs, telephone costs, and the like.

7. RIGHT TO CANCEL
You always have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of order confirmation and the goods having been received. You can do this by returning the product within the cooling-off period. For more about this, see under returns and exchanges. You can also cancel your purchase if one or more items are on backorder or you receive a new delivery notification. In those cases, contact our customer service department. You can read more about your right to cancel on the Swedish Consumer Agency’s website.
If you regret your purchase immediately after placing your order, you can contact our customer service department. If the item has not yet been packed and sent, we can cancel the order and invoice. Please note that it is not considered exercising your right to cancel if you do not collect a package or refuse to receive a delivery.
Daily Sports reserves all rights. in the event that products sell out and for products being discontinued from the range. We cannot guarantee that all images accurately reflect the true appearance of the products. We also reserve the right to any typographical errors on the website. However, consumers are entitled to complain about a product if it is faulty.
