Return & Exchange
Do you need to make a return or an exchange? You will find all information of exchanges and returns here. Maybe you need to change the size or want the product in a different color - we always offer you a free return. Remember that you can always contact us for more information.
The product should be returned in a bag or box. Use the return note that you received together with your order. We always offer free return, no matter which of our couriers you have chosen. Do not return the package by another means, as we will not pay for the return shipping. Daily Sports assumes no liability for transport damage due to poor packaging when returning a product. When exchanging or returning a product, or making a complaint, we act in accordance with the Swedish E-commerce Act.
Together with your order, you will receive a return note and a return address label. Fill in the return note according to the instructions and put it in the bag together with the products. The return address label should be attached to the outside of the package. Hand the package in to your nearest postal agent. Save your proof of posting – remember that you are responsible for the return shipment until we receive it.
In order for us to approve the return, the returned product must be in substantially unchanged condition. The product should be well packaged, preferably in its original packaging, with its inner packaging and together with any accessories. Transport damage due to inadequate packaging will be charged to you as the customer. Do not attach address labels directly to the product packaging. Instead place the original box or bag in another box or bag.
State the reason for the return, if you want an exchange, the nature of your complaint, etc. on the return note. For an exchange, you must order your new product yourself through our webshop. You will receive a new invoice for the new product. If you used a discount code or offer that is still valid, please contact our customer service department for assistance. All returns are sent with PostNord.
Exchange of product and size
If you want to exchange a product or size, you must order a new product from our webshop. You may do this at the same time as you return the incorrect product. The new order will then be a separate order from the return order and you will receive a separate invoice for it. If you have any questions or concerns about your exchange, please contact our customer service department. You cannot order or make an exchange by making a note on the return form of the product you want instead, since we cannot place an order for you.
Complaints and defective products
You have a statutory 2-year right of complaint if you need to complain about defects in our products. We pay the return shipping for any returns for complaint cases. Contact our customer service department and provide them with your order number and the details of the product in question. We will then e-mail you a return note and a return address label that you can use to return the product about which you have a complaint. See the instructions for returns above. These also apply to complaints. Any refund for your complaint will be made as soon as we receive the product and approve the complaint. If the product is still in stock, you can order a new one directly from our webshop.
Our goal is for you to be satisfied with your order. If something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to make a return.
Free returns and a full refund don’t not include:
- Used products
- Products that have been damaged or defect during the period that you as a customer has been responsible for them.
