Return & Exchange
Do you need to make a return or exchange? You will find all information you need on how to proceed to exchange or return an item here.
The product should be returned in a bag or box. Use the return note that you received together with your order. Daily Sports assumes no liability for transport damage due to poor packaging when returning a product. When exchanging or returning a product, or making a complaint, we act in accordance with the Swedish E-commerce Act.
In the package you have received a return slip, use it by pasting it on the package you want to return and handing it to the nearest postal agent for PostNord. We charge you 49 SEK for the return, the amount is deducted from the amount you get back for the products you returned.
You have received a return slip in the package together with your order, use it by pasting it on the package you want to return and handing it to the nearest postal agent for DHL. We charge you €9 for the return, the amount is deducted from the amount you get back for the products you returned.

- Mark the correct reason for your return
- Place item in the package and make sure the package is properly sealed
- Contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to achieve a return label and return custom invoice
- Affix your return label and return custom invoice on the package and drop it off at your local service point.
We charge you 100NOK for the return, the amount is deducted from the amount you get back for the products you returned.
Exchange of product and size
If you want to exchange a product or size, you must order the new product yourself through our webshop. You can do this at the same stage as you return the incorrect product. The new product will then arrive as a new order with a new invoice. If you have any questions or concerns about your exchange, please contact our customer service department. You cannot order an exchange by writing it on the return note, as we cannot place an order for you.
Complaints and defective products
You have a statutory 3-year right of complaint if you need to complain about defects in our products. Please contact our customer service department and provide them with your order number and the details of the product in question. Any refund for your complaint will be made as soon as we’ve received pictures of the default product which helps us approve the complaint easier. For complaints, we wish that you not send us the defective product, if you wish to do that we will send you a return label. If the product is still in stock, you can order a new one directly from our webshop. Our customer service department will provide you with a voucher for the same amount as you had paid for the reclaimed product, that you can use at checkout.
Our goal is for you to be satisfied with the products you buy from us. If you shop with Daily Sports, you, therefore, have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
The right to cancel does not apply to:
- Products that have clearly been used over and above trying them on
- Products that have been damaged during the period that you, as the customer, were responsible for them.
When your return has reached our warehouse and the item has been registered as an approved return, we will refund you the amount for the return. The time from when you send the item back until we have refunded you takes place within 10 days, with the exception of weekends and holidays.
