RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RIGHT OF EXCHANGE OF PRODUCT OR SIZE

You have full right of return and exchange for 20 days from the date on which you received the product, provided that you have not used the product and that it is returned in its original condition. Clothes may be tried on, but not used. All labels must remain on the product if it is an exchange. This does not apply to complaints.

The product should be returned in a bag or box. Use the return note that you received together with your order. Daily Sports assumes no liability for transport damage due to poor packaging when returning a product. When exchanging or returning a product, or making a complaint, we act in accordance with the Swedish E-commerce Act. In order for your right of exchange to remain intact, you must present a receipt and return the product unused and in new condition.

PURCHASE ON APPROVAL

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 20 days from the date on which you received the product and receive a refund. When returning the product, you must present a receipt and return the product unused and in new condition. Please return the product in its original packaging if possible. However, you have the right to open the package to check the product, but the product must not be handled carelessly.

Our goal is for you to be satisfied with the products you buy from us. If you shop with Daily Sports, you, therefore, have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Products that have clearly been used over and above trying them on
  • Products that have been damaged during the period that you, as the customer, were responsible for them.

RETURNS

All returns within Sweden are handled by PostNord, regardless of the shipping method you used when purchasing the product. Together with your order, you will receive a return note and a return address label. Fill in the return note according to the instructions and put it in the bag together with the products. The return address label should be attached on the outside of the package. Hand the package to your nearest postal agent and save your proof of posting – remember that you are responsible for the return shipment until we receive it.

For other countries within the EU, return handling takes place via DHL. Together with your order, you will receive a return note and a return address label. Fill in the return note according to the instructions and put it in the bag together with the products. The return address label should be attached on the outside of the package. Hand the package to your nearest postal agent and save your proof of posting – remember that you are responsible for the return shipment until we receive it.

REFUND

In order for us to approve the return, the returned product must be in a substantially unchanged condition. If the product is not in unchanged condition, a deduction may be made from the refunded sum. The product should be well packaged, preferably in its original packaging, with its inner packaging, and together with any accessories. Transport damage due to inadequate packaging will be charged to you as the customer. Do not attach address labels directly to the product packaging. Instead, place the original box or bag in another box.

State the reason for the return on the return note. If you want to make an exchange, e.g. change to a new size or color, you can order the new product yourself through our webshop. When your return or exchange has reached our warehouse and the item has been registered and approved, we will refund you the amount. The time from when you send the item back until we have refunded you takes place within 10 days, with the exception of weekends and holidays.

When placing an order during campaign “3 for 2” you get the cheapest item for free. In case of returns, we reserve the rights to charge full price for products that are kept.

Sweden

Return cost: 49 SEK

In the package you have received a return slip, use it by pasting it on the package you want to return and hand it in at the nearest postal agent for PostNord. We charge you 49 SEK for the return, the amount is deducted from the amount you get back for the products you return.

Norway

Return cost: 100 NOK

  3. Contact customer service at customerservice@support.dailysports.se to obtain a return label and a customs invoice, which are required before you can return the item. If you choose not to use Daily Sports documents for return processing, you as a customer are responsible for any additional costs incurred.
  4. Place your customs invoice inside the package and affix your return label on the outside of the package, and drop it off at your local service point. We charge you 100 NOK for the return, the amount is deducted from the amount you get back for the products you returned.

Rest of Europe

Return cost: 9 EUR

You have received a return slip in the package together with your order, use it by pasting it on the package you want to return and hand it in at the nearest postal agent for DHL. We charge you 9 EUR for the return, the amount is deducted from the amount you get back for the products you returned.

UK

Return cost: 8 GBP

  3. Contact customer service at customerservice@support.dailysports.se to obtain a return label and a customs invoice, which are required before you can return the item. If you choose not to use Daily Sports documents for return processing, you as a customer are responsible for any additional costs incurred.
  4. Place your customs invoice inside the package and affix your return label on the outside of the package, and drop it off at your local service point. We charge you 8 GBP for the return, the amount is deducted from the amount you get back for the products you returned.

COMPLAINTS AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

You have a statutory 3-year right of complaint if you need to complain about defects in our products. Please contact our customer service department and provide them with your order number and the details of the product in question. Any refund for your complaint will be made as soon as we’ve received pictures of the default product which helps us approve the complaint easier. For complaints, we wish that you not send us the defective product, if you wish to do that we will send you a return label. If the product is still in stock, you can order a new one directly from our webshop. Our customer service department will provide you with a voucher for the same amount as you had paid for the reclaimed product, that you can use at checkout.

RIGHT TO CANCEL ORDER

You always have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of order confirmation and the goods having been received. You can do this by returning the product within the cooling-off period. For more about this, see under returns and exchanges. You can also cancel your purchase if one or more items are on backorder or you receive a new delivery notification. In those cases, contact our customer service department. You can read more about your right to cancel on the Swedish Consumer Agency’s website.

If you regret your purchase immediately after placing your order, you can contact our customer service department. If the item has not yet been packed and sent, we can cancel the order and invoice. Please note that it is not considered exercising your right to cancel if you do not collect a package or refuse to receive a delivery.
