To make it easy for you, we have collected the questions that are most often sent to our customer service. Hope you find what you are looking for.

Your package should arrive within 1-3 business days. However, delays with the courier company do occasionally happen. Our shipping options for Sweden are with PostNord and Budbee. PostNord delivers all packages will be shipped to the nearest point of delivery. A tracking number will be sent to you when your order is shipped. Budbee, our home delivery option allows you to choose an estimated time of delivery. You can easily make a change or track your package using the Budbee app. If you place an order outside Sweden, your package will be shipped by DHL Express to the nearest point of delivery, within 2-3 business days.

If you like to make a change or cancel an order you just placed, please contact our customer service. Please note that we are only able to make a change or cancel an order before the packing procedure starts.

We are delivering to Sweden, Netherlands, Germany, France, Belgium, Spain, Austria, Luxembourg, Greece, Italy, Poland, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Finland, Croatia, and, the Czech Republic. For other countries, please look for your local distributor here.

We accept payments via Klarna; credit card, direct payment or invoice.

Once you return an order or an item it will make its way back to our warehouse. Please note that it is important to keep the tracking number of the return, as your personal receipt. When the order is back in stock you will receive a refund from us, within the next 1-5 business days.

We have three different trousers lengths to best meet our customer´s needs.

  • the 32”, is a normal length trouser with an inseam of 81 cm.
  • the 29”, is 7 cm shorter and has an inseam of 74 cm.
  • the 34”, is 5 cm longer than a normal length trouser and has an inseam of 86 cm.

If the items you’re adding to the shopping cart keeps disappearing it means that we currently do not ship to the currently you’re located in. You can find your local distributor here.

If a product is default once you unpack it, please contact our customer service and we will do our best to assist you.

If you have lost the ball marker on your Magic trouser, you can buy a new one from our online store. Click here to find the product.

If you would like to sign up for our newsletter, you will find the signup form at the bottom of all pages.

If you have purchased a product from a reseller, please contact them and they will send a claim form to us. Please Note! That we do not except a claim for a product that has not been purchased at dailysports.com.

Unfortunately, we do not stock earlier collections. Please contact our customer service and we will do our best to assist you.
