SHIPPING COST & DELIVERY

Delivery time depends on the country and the choice of shipping method. Your order will be processed within 1-3 days, with some exceptions, for example, due to stock-taking, holidays, and sales. If a delivery is delayed or cannot be shipped due to low stock availability or for any other reason, you will be informed of this as soon as possible. You will then be refunded at no extra cost.


Sweden

1-3 working days with Postnord or Budbee to a cost of 39 SEK.

  • PostNord – Postal agent
    • The package will be sent by PostNord to your nearest collection point.
    • The delivery time is 1-3 working days.
    • You will receive an SMS notification once your package is available to collect from the agent. You will need a valid ID document to collect it.
  • Budbee – Home delivery
    • Home delivery from Budbee is available in the following regions of Sweden: ; Stockholm, Göteborg, Malmö, Södertälje, Norrköping, Linköping, Jönköping, Västerås, Örebro, Gävle, Uppsala, Varberg, Halmstad, Trollhättan, Helsingborg, Borås, Nyköping, Kalmar, Växsjö & Eskilstuna.
    • The package is delivered directly to your home address in the evening between 17.00 and 22.00, with a 1-2 day climate-smart delivery time. It is possible to choose a day and time to suit you. You can track your delivery on your mobile and if you are not at home, the package can be left outside the door.

Norway

2-3 working days with DHL, to a of cost 100 NOK.

  • DHL Express – Postal agent
    • The package will be sent by DHL to your nearest collection point.
    • The delivery time is 2-3 working days.
    • You will receive an SMS notification once your package is available to collect from the agent. You will need a valid ID document to collect it.

Other countries IN EU

2-3 working days with DHL to a cost of €6-€9.

  • DHL Express – Postal agent
    • The package will be sent by DHL to your nearest collection point.
    • The delivery time is 2-3 working days.
    • You will receive an SMS notification once your package is available to collect from the agent. You will need a valid ID document to collect it.

UK

2-3 working days with DHL, to a of cost 8 GBP.

  • DHL Express – Postal agent
    • The package will be sent by DHL to your nearest collection point.
    • The delivery time is 2-3 working days.
    • You will receive an SMS notification once your package is available to collect from the agent. You will need a valid ID document to collect it.

 

It can take up to 7 working days from the time you place the order until you receive it. In the event of late delivery, you are entitled to cancel the purchase. We deliver orders to Sweden, Norway, UK and within the EU; Netherlands, France, Belgium, Germany, Greece, Croatia, Portugal, Italy, Spain, Poland, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Finland, Austria, Luxembourg, and the Czech Republic. Sometimes one of the items you ordered will not be in stock and will be on backorder. This is because the product is not in stock or delivery has been delayed. In such cases, we will contact you by e-mail within 1-3 working days.

DELIVERY DELAY

We always do our utmost to deliver your ordered items in the promised time, but sometimes there may be a delay. If the delivery is delayed beyond what was promised, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate the issue. If you wish to cancel a delayed item, please contact the customer service department. Daily Sports accepts no responsibility for any damage caused by failure to meet an advised delivery time. We will contact you if delivery is delayed and it is important that you receive the order within a certain time.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

For all packages that remain uncollected, you will be charged a fee of SEK 49. The fee corresponds to the costs of administration, return shipping, and handling. The payment terms are 14 days. In case of late payment, a reminder fee of SEK 50 plus late payment interest and any debt recovery costs will be charged. If you change your mind once we have shipped the package, you must pick up the package at your collection point and return it to us. If the package is not collected, it will be automatically registered as uncollected and you will be charged accordingly.
