Then we are more than happy to assist you. Here is a quick guide that will help you to place an order. If you have any more questions after you’ve read this guide please find our FAQ section. You are also more than welcome to contact our customer service, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Welcome to our site!

Find a product

In order to find the product, you are looking for, or if you just want to look around – place the arrow on the text Golf or Outdoor on top of the screen. By doing so, you’ll find that you have more product categories to choose from. So, if you for instance click on Golf Shirts you will enter that product page and find our entire golf shirt collection. Left of the menu you will also be able to find any ongoing campaign or special offers we like share with you.

Filter can be of big helP

Welcome to our Golf shirt page, if you only like to see our pink shirts please use our filter. Click on “Filter and Sorting’s” and you will find several alternatives to choose from; colour, size, news etc. After you have chosen the right alternative (you are allowed to choose more than one) click on “Update filter”. You can also sort the products after; most popular, new arrival or price in order to find the product you are looking for. If you like to clear the filter and start over – click on the letter X.

After you for example have clicked on our category for pants, you are able to choose from a variety of filters. This makes it easy for you to find the product that fits you the best. You can choose a product type, size and colour. You can also sort the product after most popular, price and latest arrival. A range of alternatives that makes it easier for you to find the product you are looking for.

Making a purchase

When you have found a product, click on it and you are able to choose the right colour and size. If you like to purchase the product, you hit the purchase button and the product will end up in your shopping basket. If the product or size you want is out of stock you are unable to put it in the shopping basket. For an overview of the items you have put in your basket you simply hover across the basket symbol in the upper right corner of the screen and a list of your chosen items will appear. When you are ready to make your purchase, click on your shopping basket and you will get to the checkout page.


Double checking your order

When you get to checkout you will see a list of the products you have put in your shopping basket; a picture of the product, name, colour, size etc. If you like to change the total amount of any product please hit the plus- or minus-sign that appears on the right. If you like to remove a product from your basket you click on the X furthest to the right or the minus-sign next to the quantity.


If you have a voucher you like to use please add it under the text “Voucher” placed under your products. Enter the voucher code in the box and hit the add button. If the voucher code is valid it will appear under your product list, you will also be able to see the amount that has been deducted.


Delivery Options

When your order is complete it is time to choose a delivery option. Remember to enter your zip code before you can choose any option. You’ll have two delivery options to choose from – PostNord or home delivery with Budbee, you are only able to choose home delivery with Budbee if you live in one of the selected cities (find out which cities here). If you chose to deliver your order with PostNord, your order will be sent to the nearest point of delivery within the next 2-3 workdays. If you choose Budbee as your delivery option, you order will be delivered to your door, usually within the next 48 hours.

Complete your purchase with Klarna CheckOut

In cooperation with Klarna you can choose to complete your payment with an invoice, an installment, by credit card or through a direct payment. To complete your check out you enter your email address, zip code and your social security number, your record will ten automatically be pick up from the tax authorities. If you don’t want to enter your social security number you can choose to enter all data yourself but then you aren’t able to pay with an invoice. During the next step you will receive four different payment options from Klarna. Choose an option and click on the “complete your order” button and your purchase is complete. An order confirmation will automatically be sent to your email.

Picking up your order

If you have chosen PostNord as a delivery option you will receive a text message to the number you have entered while placing your order with information of when and where to pick up your package. Make it even easier and download the PostNord App and receive all the information about you package there. The package will be sent back to us after 14 days so make sure you are home or leave you identification with a friend so they can pick it up for you.

Budbee will deliver your package to your door and you can choose to have them leave it outside your door in case you aren’t at home. Budbee will send a text message to you with the tracking information which makes it easy for you to track your order as it makes it way home to you.
